PIONEER -ASPHALT SURFACES Joint Venture was formed in 2002 and details of Projects complete and currently under construction are detailed below:-

M975 South Runway Resurfacing - H.K. International Airport

Over the winter of 2005 / 2006 P-ASJV completed the milling and resurfacing of 2 sections of the South Runway with around 5,000 tonnes of Marshall Asphalt Wearing Course. Airfield Ground Lighting and Grooving works were also undertaken by P-ASJV. The works were undertaken during nightshifts and completed on time.
