PIONEER -ASPHALT SURFACES Joint Venture was formed in 2002 and details of Projects complete and currently under construction are detailed below:-

P307 - Cargo Apron Extension - H.K. International Airport

P-ASJV were responsible for the production and laying of aggregate CASB and CABC materials as well as the Marshall Asphalt Base Course and Polymer Modified Wearing Course, to very tight schedules. The works consisted of a new Taxiway to link into an existing taxiway and cargo area at the South side of the Airport. P-ASJV also completed the reinstatement to all the new trenches for the Airfield Ground Lighting cabling and lighting works. The Project was completed successfully in late 2007.
